It's here!
I was very excited to order Cooper a new winter jacket for this year and it came in the mail today! I ordered it from a company that I came across last year, Horsecreations, but I waited until this year when he is closer to full grown before investing in such a nice jacket. I am very pleased with the quality and how it fits. Now I kinda wish that it was colder out :)

I know what you mean about waiting untill they are grown. I got that way with collars.. they were out growing the faster than I could afford them. Shys 14months and I just ordered her backpack but even then ordered slightly larger.
Im loving Coopers coat.. very smick. The red looks great with his colouring. Does he feel the cold. Mine feel both heat and cold but given their coverage I guess its normal...
Cool jacket! I hadn't thought of actually shopping at horse supply stores.
I've found some colt blankets that would fit my dane well, but they are super expensive. In any case, the problem in cold weather seems to be his feet freezing, and I continue searching for booties that will actually fit and keep him warm and comfortable....
